The camouflage pattern Lizard blue - Hellenic Air Force camo (GRE) is one of the variations on the standard Greek camouflage pattern type "lizard," specifically from 1990, and it is designated for the Air Force of Greece. This camouflage pattern includes dark gray, orange horizontal stripes on a medium purple/almost blue background. Later variations of the Lizard blue - Hellenic Air Force camo (GRE) also feature gray-green and blue stripes on a similarly gray background.
Recently, this type also appeared again for the Greek Air Force (and other units around), but in what seems like a desert version. This is typically given to Greek pilots in dry areas: the design features brown and sand-yellow colors and has stripes on a sand background:
In 2012, the first "pixelated" version of the standard Greek lizard appeared. This type was exclusively seen among the special units of the Greek army and its navy. However, it is not otherwise available for regular conventional units.
