PGK Steel

Steel PGK is produced by the German company Lohmann and is considered "D2 steel on steroids," retaining its best properties while also offering much better hardness, higher stiffness, and resistance to material chipping at high hardness. Knives with this steel have extremely excellent cutting and chopping abilities, outstanding wear resistance, and very good impact and mechanical stress resistance. It is best suited for situations and products that require long-lasting sharp edges that withstand impact.
