The laminated material CorPlus 2 allows laser-cut bindings. The result of using this material is primarily a significant reduction in the weight of products, modern design, and an overall simplification of products, thus their creation.
The extremely high strength offered by the CorPlus 2 material is mainly due to the fact that it consists of two layers of quality Cordura fabric, which are bonded with a special technology. Cordura fabric is the most commonly used material worldwide in the production of backpacks, vests, and similar accessories. Its properties provide the user with the best possible comfort in terms of strength, durability, and cost of the material.
The CorPlus 2 material is constantly being tested and improved. People may also encounter materials labeled CorPlus 3 and CorPlus 5. While CorPlus 2 material generally contains two layers of Cordura fabric, CorPlus 3 material includes, besides two layers of Cordura fabric, an additional layer of reinforcement fabric, which adds even more strength to the material. Maximum strength is then ensured by the CorPlus 5 material, which has two layers of Cordura fabric, the same number of reinforcement fabric layers, and finally also an additional layer of plastic reinforcement. This material is, of course, somewhat heavier, but its strength is practically perfect.
