Metallone is plates acting as weights for exercise and sport (especially on CrossFit).They use embedded in plate carriers, but can be is also used freely.For that purpose, the plates are fitted with handles.The plates are made of 8 mm thick solid steel St-37, are curved and have rounded corners.Their functional design and extra curvature perfectly replicates the anatomy of the body so that the plates sit better, cause fewer injuries and are easier to handle. One sheet weighs 3 kg, the plates are supplied in pairs (right + left).
